That's one controller I have no experience with. I have the Prosistel
PST-61 with the digital controller. There is a low enough resistance to
ground that static has not been a problem. I don't ground them, but they
run in conduit and underground for a ways with other cables and are
taped to the tower legs from the rotator down to the NEMA enclosure at
the bottom so static build up is unlikely.
