I never had any noise from a 25G bracketed to the house. Of course, it was 70'
and also guyed at two levels above the bracket, so it couldn't move much. The
bracket just replaced the lowest guy set and was convenient so I could put the
tower only 16" from the house. The tower became my ladder to get on the roof.
I sold my ladder.

It depends on what vibrates.
My installation is generally very quiet. If the wind gets over about 40 mph,
you can hear a bit of subsonic vibration. I did have a problem with a feedline
tapping on the tower, but a bit of electrical tape solved that problem.
