Just putting up a new TX455. The base plate comes with 3 nuts on each long bolt embedded in the concrete. Question is: Do 2 nut belong below the baseplate for locking the level, and one nut above the plate, or the other way around with one nut below and 2 nuts above? I know this is an almost silly question, but I want to get it right while it is easy to do.
