Hi Luke,

I've replaced the K1550 with a K2550 on my US Tower TX-455.  It did 
require a different bolt pattern, which I accommodated by making an 
adapter plate.  You can check it out by going to my web page, then click 
on Ham Radio, then Fulton K2550 on a TX-455.  Maybe that will give you 
some ideas....
