It does exist, but you're not likely to get the answer you want there
anyway. I'm reasonably certain they will tell you that the city of
Palmdale is overstepping their bounds and the only recourse is to take
them to court (again). It's all about money. This can be stopped,
but only if enough hams are willing to hire good lawyers (like Fred
Hopengarten to fight it for them. Put up or shut up. Making YouTube
videos isn't gonna cut it.
