Coat the end of the coax with RTV and allow to dry thoroughly. Then insert the coax into the gamma sleeve. Leave the end of the gamma sleeve open. This should eliminate the moisture problem since the sleeve is allowed to breathe. The RTV on the end coax where the inner conductor is exposed provides the dielectric for the end of inner conductor of the coax.
