High SWR everywhere is typically a feedline problem. Get an antenna
analyzer and put it directly on the feedpoint to verify that the antenna works
and work your way back from there.

Maybe. The PRO series Mosleys are VERY sensitive to other nearby antennas
but I'm not sure about the TA-33.
