Hook the 259b to the coax/unbalanced side, and hook a 50 ohm non-inductive
resistor across the balanced terminals. Read the impedance on the 259b and
that will tell you the transformation... if it reads 50 ohms its 1:1, if it
reads 25 ohms its 2:1, etc.
