[TowerTalk] Tower Update

I wouldn't go with the plumb bob for the simple fact that if your even a tiny 
bit off at the bottom......it'll look like the Leaning Tower of Pisa to you by 
the time you reach eighty feet. Besides, I've always found that someday, you'll 
want that longer level for something else anyway....go ahead and splurge!!
