Me personally I would never go more than 40 foot spacing with Rohn 45.
That first or lower guy at 59 feet seems very odd to me. My Rohn book
says for 90 foot of R45 in 110 mph use 39 and 85 feet for about 16 sq ft
of windload (no ice) on the tower. Guying it at 30-60-90 will be a belt
and suspenders installation with 16 sq ft of antennas on the tower.
