[TowerTalk] What's best way to bypass rotor with ground strap?

What is the best way/location to bypass the rotor with a ground strap?
At the coax loop, at the rotor, elsewhere?  What's the best way to do
it?  Coil the braid around the mast or just let it hang out in a short
loop?
