I've used ordinary 4-conductor bell wire with about a 100 foot run to
control an AR22. Note that the AR22 doesn't have a brake solenoid,
which is the largest current draw in the HAM rotators.
You might do OK with Cat 5 cable if you mount the motor phase
capacitor up at the tower and then double up the two freed up wires
on pins 1 and 2 -- the solenoid connections.
