If you look at just FAA/FCC requirements, lights are required at 200 feet
and above. Also, any tower at 200 and above must be registered with FCC.

Hello, I have a question concerning tower height. I reside in Ventura, Ca.
What is the max. ht. a tower can be before it needs a light on top?
Thank You, Todd Leake
