Steve:  Go to N3OC web page.  Lots of pictures.  We put up two 100 foot 
R 45 one day with a crane.  Lifted the top 90 feet of each with 20+ foot 
chrome molly mast in a single pick Guys were pre-cut and attached and 
while the crane held up the tower we hooked and tensioned the guys. We 
decided on a pick point of (if I remember correctly) 78 feet up because 
of the big masts.  Would have been even easier if it had been a pier pin 
install, but alas was not that way.   Piece of cake!  Easiest two tower 
install I have ever done. Had a good crane operator tho and that is
