Does it leave a residue?

This tape is sort of where I'm starting, but I'm looking for a better(?)
solution. The tape works, but:
- it's a consumable (which means after I cut it off I've to to throw it
away, which leads to a trash problem on tear down
- it takes extra steps to wrap the tape (when you've got to make a dozen
connections, and you want the total setup time to be <15-20 minutes, even 30
seconds adds up)
- taping in the rain is a dicey proposition (The tape or the cable gets wet,
and things don't stick very well)

This is in connection with a portable phased array. Pull to a stop, jump
out, 20 minutes later, you're on the air.
