Found what looks like those boots here:

Since I am not really fond of climbing but am putting up a 60 foot Rohn 
25 I really need footwear that minimizes the distraction of unhappy feet!

Now if I could find a reasonably priced base hinge I could avoid most of 
the climbing ... ;-)
