Hi Hector,
I like "Redwing" boots with steel shanks. The tops are short so they do not
restrict your movement. The instep is solid so standing for hours on a tower
rung is not painful. They are readily available in the US at Redwing
stores. I like the "Roper" version. I have narrow feet and they only are
sold in "wide" so I have to wear two pair of socks.
