I like 4nec2... Free, easy to use editor, uses standard NEC2 back ends, has
fairly nice graphic rendering, includes an optimizing engine, although I
don't know how well it would work for optimizing a Yagi (never tried it for
that application, I use it heavily for optimizing other things).
I think MultiNEC also provides a lot of useful functionality.
EZ-NEC is a well respected Windows version of NEC.
