Scotchkote.
Was there water inside of the trap?
Did it ever work?
Do you think the problem got worse as time went on? (After the Scotchkote
was applied)?
Did you measure to see if it was conductive?
Perhaps it added more capacitance to the trap and changed the resonant
frequency of it?
Hmmmm......?
Pretty strange...
