[TowerTalk] Edible cable jackets

Rodents love the smell/taste of new cables. I have been told that 
manufacturers use animal fat as a lubricant in the manufacturing process 
(sounds like a 
fairy tail but who knows?). The next time I install a new cable I plan to wipe 
it down with a gasolene soaked rag hopefully removing the good smell/taste.
