ROTORS... Whether it's yours or someone else's, connect it on the ground to the control box that will be used at the station and check that the rotor functions properly before you put it up. You can double check NORTH at the same time. There's always some nasty vocabulary when it doesn't work after all that time and effort putting it up, and if you did check it, you know it's your cable and don't start doubting the rotor or box.
