Excellent question - my "easy" answer is having "only" a 40 foot 
tower.  The Phillystran is connected to anti-torque arms at the top - the 
tram doesn't have to pass over it on the way down.  I'd be interested i 
hearing how folks with 40 foot plus towers resolve the issue....
