100 kW ERP, TPO will be between 5 and 50 kW, depending on antenna gain.
One kind of FM transmit antenna like multiple stacked halos has
a lot of downward radiation, few others have very much.
(twisted 45 degrees as a rule) This matters.
I didn't see HF, VHF, UHF, or all in your post, HF should be
no problem, VHF could be impossible, depending.
I have only lived in Florida (since 18) so I only know to
stay the heck away from where ice falls. (just like falling
concrete)
Let's not guess, give the chief engineer of 107.3 a phone call,
ask your questions. If he has a brain, he will support you,
a marked police car going in and out of the property at odd
hours is a large asset in controlling vandals, thieves and loiters.
