I bought similar 8-prong connectors from The Wireman. Three sets: at
the rotator, inside the shack and at the base of the tower (so I can bring
the control unit outside and watch the rotator while someone aligns the
Yagi's etc.) I got that tip from TT a few years ago.
RF Connections carries 8-prong connector sets that look similar to
those sold by The Rotor Doctor, except they don't replace the screw terminal
strip - they're outboard connectors, so you'll still have to use the screw
