You can probably get a good feel for the SteppIR performance
by modeling/optimizing a 3 element monobander on the same
boom length and element spacing as the SteppIR. The main
limitation of the SteppIR is the fixed element spacing/boom
length which is a performance compromise between being too
close/short on the lowest operating frequency, and too wide/long
on the highest operating frequency.
