I have State Farm on some of my rental properties.  With state Farm, the 
agent,
can write you a check for up to $3200 on the spot without involving an 
adjuster.

State Farm is somewhat less than enthused about writing new policies if your 
property is within 100 miles of the coast.

THey are worth every penny
