...didn't we used to put disclaimers on our e-mails when we essentially promoted a given busines versus another...I coulda sworn I have read the phrase - "I have no interest in this company other than being a satisfied customer"...this was considered courtesy to preclude promotion of one provider of goods/services over another...of course if this does not apply then it is only advertising, no?
