Not a true apples-to-apples comparison. The Autek VA-1 does R & X displays
and the 9v batteries won't break the grocery budget. The VA-1 fits in your
shirt pocket instead of a napsack / bowling bag. I just wish the VA-1 went
above 35 MHz.
