[TowerTalk] mounting barrel connectors on lightning bulkhead

I've never found a better way to make a hole for an SO-239 than a chassis
punch. I have a set but can't remember where I got it. I'm sure they're
still made. Check with a big hardware outlet like Home Depot or see if your
local machine shop can point you in the right direction.
