I saw a 100' job same as you have fold up right in the middle under
similar conditions.
You might consider attaching the crane at the top and unbolting the tope
30'...then the crane can grab the last 40 and lay it over...then all the
work is on the ground with a small
hydraulic jack and some short pieces of 2x4s.
