I found my "High Limb Cutter" 3 or 4 years ago at . . . Sears! A lot
less
than $57, too. I've also seen them in various mail-order catalogs.

sells one with two 25' ropes and a 48" blade for $32.99 (Item
32924-2APA). If you get the right catalog, shipping is free. If not, add
about $8.65 for 14-21 day delivery. All the usual credit cards.
Northern (24 hours order line 800/533-5545; FAX 612/894-0083) sells its
"Professional Model 48" Rope Chain Saw" (Item # 15016-C124), with two 25'
polypropylene ropes for $39.99, shipping included. They take all the
usual credit cards too.
The catalog pictures look to be pretty much the same item. Harbor Freight
Tools is in CA, Northern is in MN, a shipping consideration if you live
on a coast of the USA.
