It depends on the tower. Tri-Ex uses 26 VAC on their remote motor control and
limit switches. On the towers without remote, the 110-220 VAC is in series
with the motor.
Onthe US Towers with remote, everything is 110 VAC, the relays, delays, limit
switches. They use 110 VAC on the 7 conductor cable to control the relays
which control the motor, which is on its own seperate 110 VAC. US Towers with
out remotes have the 110 motor voltage from the up down switch through the
limit switches to the motor.
Hope this all helps. Remember, there is only voltage present on the limit
switches and the motor when the switch is in the up or down position.
