If you are serious about having 120vac on your tower, why not go with
back to back 120-28vac:28vac-120 isolation transformers. 120vac in at
the shack and 28vac up the tower and 120vac where you need it. You will
have to take into account your feed line and transformer losses to
determine what you can supply in current (A) at the top of the tower.
