[TowerTalk] Force 12: rivets, hardware

Here is my report on rust:  About half of the length of u bolts etc that
are plated and not stainless on Cushcraft were rusted but not to point of
nut will absolutely not come off.
Spots of rust, but not really operationally a problem on TH-7.
Time:  6 years in central Fla. and previously 5 years in central TX.
on 70ft tower.
