Topband: Stew Perry Contest - Thanks VE6WZ

I just got back late last night after four months at ZF9CW.  Opened some mail 
and included was a plaque sponsored by Steve, VE6WZ, for the 2023 Big Stew.  

Thanks to Steve for sponsoring the plaque and for doing such good work with his 
videos and board designs which help a lot of people.
