Topband: Very Variable Conditions

Yes 160m seems to be very up and down . . .

Suddenly on Wednesday night around 0230Z I was getting very strong RBN
reports from NA (like I used to get nearly all the time) . . . but there was
very little activity.

That's the trouble . . . when conditions are as poor as they have been for
weeks, people don't bother coming on . . . so even when there IS DX
propagation, there's nobody around to work !
