Omron P/N: MJN2CE-DC12
The plastic mounting feet are a fairly unique feature
on these that I immediately recognized, so I am confident
that I have this right.
Mouser also carries the 10A versions that plug into sockets.
There are some additional models on the Omron
site that Mouser doesn't carry.
