Topband: Announcing Summer Stew

Upon recommendation of N9ADG - the Boring ARC has decided to "sponsor" a
Summer Stew event.  This is a great time to get some activity on the band
and take advantage of the good propagation to the southern hemisphere.

The date will be June 18th and 19th with the same 1500 UTC start and stop
times.  Scores will be compiled in a similar way to the existing PreStew in
October.  I will have this up on the website later this week.
