In addition to the other comments I would only
add that a flexible, braided strap from the top of the tower to the mast
at or below the first antenna boom provides a direct path for RF and helps
ensure that RF is not "inside" near the rotator. It also
should reduce RF travelling through a thrust bearing at the tower top
plate.
