Actually, for a T-top, the approximation that is closest
is to add HALF of the top loading wire to the vertical portion.
For example, a 90 ft vertical with an 80 ft top loading wire
looks like a 90 + 40 = 130 ft vertical w/o loading.  In
any event, it is trival to model in EZNEC and the modeling
has proved to be accurate for me.
