Topband: UA0SC

         Many have worked Serge UA0SC who is located in Bratsk, only
about 600 miles or 1000 km North of Ulan Bator, Mongolia.  Here's some
info from Serge last night.  Amazing that he hears so well with only
his TX ground plane!
