When we recognize people who make very significant contributions to Topband
success and enjoyment I suggest we put Bill Tippet, W4ZV, our list
manager/moderator very close to the top of that list. Without good
information exchange much of what we have learned in the past 5+ years would
not have reached us. He is a central, but not intrusive, figure in our
information exchange.
