Everybody's right! There are many who, like me, agree with the necessity for verification, but value the QSLs more than the listing. I have certs from WIA for 'Worked All Australian Call Areas on 160 phone' and for 'DXCC' but only because WIA accepts QSL checking by responsible fellow radio amateurs. I fully agree with Bill's viewpoint, and with Tom's.
