Topband: Remote RX antenna

Thanks for all the input on this question!

Based on the response I will re-consider the coax option. Maybe I could get
away with it if I let snow conceal the cable. Another option would be a
separate RX remote controllable using a balanced LF connection for audio and
simple commands.

I'll start with investigating the coax option.
