Topband: W1AW 160

Does anyone have an update on W1AW's 1817.50 plans? I just saw a bulletin  
announcing their Winter sched and they continue to list this frequency despite  
the fact they announced earlier in the year they would shift down the band in  
the "Fall".  They were supposed to QSY then realized they had issues with  
weak signal groups I think.
