Topband: XU7ACY

XU7ACY was heard quite clearly (but not worked) on 1823 this morning from
1145Z to my sunrise at 1155Z.  He was peaking west on the 270-degree
Beverage.  It's always interesting how signals from Asia/Pacific get skewed
like that into New England.  What attracted me there in the first place was
FK8CA, with a good signal, who was calling the XU7 frantically.
