There have been at least one KH0 station active every year from at least
1998. Some were JA ops, some USA. Many were on in NA summer when USA
activity was low.

This shouldn't discourage anyone from getting on, especially if they can rig
install a decent antenna. It is a difficult path for the NE USA (and other
areas like Europe) and I'm sure there is still a big demand.
