Topband: Paragon

I have a PARAGON here, and had used it before I get the FT1000.
So the RX specially on 160m is not good. Specially in contest
we had lots of trouble by some unidentified signals, and 
some noise from the PLL. So compare to other radios, the phase noise
of the Paragon was vy strong here.
