The proposed frequency for PSK31 on 160m is 1.838.150, seemingly the
lower edge of the IARU RTTY bandplan.
I had my first (only) 160m PSK31 contact with F3PZ during August last
year. One of the "benefits" of this frequency is that SSB stations
using the lower part of fone section can cause some difficulties in the
CW section. PSK31 can usually be very effective under such conditions
because of its extremely small bandwidth.
Hope this helps.
