Just a note to assure those living in Europe and North America that they
have not missed BQ9P, due to not being on the band over the weekend. My
guess is that the band has just been too noisy for 160m for them, with
plenty of easy pickings on the higher ones.
I listened on both Saturday and Sunday on 1826 from sunset here until
around 1300Z and not a peep was heard. Heard plenty of people listening
for them, including UA0FZ, KH2/K4SXT and a number of USA stations, but no
one seems to have heard anything.
Down here, if conditions are reasonable, if BQ9P is on they would be a good
signal.
